Pre-Sale Policy (PAR Garments)


Thank you for your interest in ShaneoBuilt’s PAR – Production Allocation Reference garments.

This model ensures that every pre-sale item is produced with purpose and precision — made only once genuine customer demand is confirmed.

 

What is a Pre-Sale?

Pre-sale items are products available for purchase before they are officially released or in stock.

By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your garment from an upcoming limited production run.

Under the PAR system, production only begins once our supplier’s minimum order quantity (MOQ) is met — guaranteeing every batch remains exclusive and intentional.


How It Works

  • Pre-sale orders are secured before production begins.
  • Once the MOQ is reached, production is confirmed.
  • If the MOQ is not met within 21 days, a full refund will be issued.
  • ShaneoBuilt may extend the pre-sale period by up to 14 days if order numbers are close to completion.


Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.

Your card will be charged immediately to reserve your allocation in the pre-sale.

 

Production & Dispatch

All pre-sale garments are cut-and-sewn to order.

Please allow additional time for production and delivery.

Estimated production and dispatch timeframe:

Approximately 4–6 weeks from the close of the pre-sale period.


You will receive updates when:

  • The MOQ is reached and production begins
  • Garments enter final production
  • Orders are dispatched


Order Fulfilment

Pre-sale garments are shipped once production is complete and quality checked.

Any stocked (non–pre-sale) items purchased in the same order will follow our standard Shipping Policy.


Refunds & Cancellations

Once production has commenced, pre-sale orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded unless:

  • The MOQ is not met, or
  • A verified manufacturing issue prevents fulfilment.

Refunds for change of mind or sizing errors are not accepted.
